Office Coordinator (Intern)

Education – Graduate/Diploma in any discipline 

Experience – Fresher’s 

 

Responsibilities- 

  1. Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency 
  2. Maintain files and records with effective file system.
  3. Support other team with various administrative task (redirecting calls, disseminating )
  4. Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office 
  5. Monitor office expenditure and handle all office contact.
  6. Deal with customer complaints or issues 
  7. Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
  8. Assist with vendor relationship management 
  9. Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system 

 

Skills-

  1. Outstanding knowledge of MS office, “back office”
  2. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management system and procedure 
  3. Experience in customer service will be plus 
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask  
  6. Reliable with patience and professionalism
