Vikas pawar
Mr. Vikas Pawar is the Director of DeeKas Orgochem Pvt Ltd India with effect from 1st April, 2022.
He has completed his Bachelors in Engineering (EC) from RGPV Bhopal and did certification in Thermal Power too. Mr. Vikas joined DeeKas OrgoChem in April, 2022. He has been with IT Companies for more than 8 years, having started his journey as IT Trainer, he worked with different organization. Mr. Vikas did excellent work with government projects; he connected training institutes as well as schools with new learning techniques and technology under NSQF projects. He keeps working in technology trends and enhancement and capabilities.
He handled various Agricultural projects too . He has good technical knowledge and sharp communication skills.
He loves to write and learn new techniques and travel.

Mr. Vikas has sharp vision to make Indian farmer strong by connecting with great techniques and technology & he aims to catalyse, collaborative action to enable transformation in agriculture systems.

2- Economical profitability
3- Social equity
